Hands Across the Gulf

I heard about this peaceful demonstation that was going to happen in Sarasota and I decided to go. It must have something to do with the fact that I graduated in 1969 but I just can't help myself when I hear that a demonstration is going to take place. I was babysitting my little granddaughters when I heard about it. I looked at them and thought I should really set an example. I went to Lido Beach on Sat. and stood in 100* temp and held hands with total strangers and we all agreed that this drilling in the gulf is too dangerous and that it needs to stop.

  3. Thanks for checking out my Halloween Rag Wreath and Salsa Chicken and Rice dish over at A Little Bit of Everything. My husbands Aunt lives pretty close to Sarasota (Siesta Key).
