Well, I made a flag today. Not exactly like the one that Betsy Ross made but Everyone got the drift around here. My favorite tv chef or cooking show is Barefoot Contessa. I found this in one of her books. ( i have 4 of her books) I decided to make the cake. I substituted Strawberries instead of Raspberries but it was ok.......but tasted just great! Thanks Ina!We went to the bayfront in Sarasota and watched great fireworks with the whole family. What a great day! Happy Birthday America.
